Koch Ag & Energy Solutions acquires 50 percent stake in JFC

CAAR Member Koch Ag & Energy Solutions (Koch) and OCP have signed an agreement under which a Koch affiliate will acquire a 50% interest in Jorf Fertilizers Company III (JFC III) from OCP, the world’s largest phosphate mining and leading global fertilizer group. When closed, the transaction will establish a 50/50 joint venture.

Fertilizer Canada Renews Hours of Service Exemption Permit

Fertilizer Canada has held an exemption permit with Transport Canada since 2011, allowing federally-regulated carriers to access alternate operating cycles for hours of service requirements under the Commercial Vehicle Drivers Hours of Service Regulations.
