It’s Simple to Implement 4R Nutrient Stewardship: Join us at a Manitoba Demonstration Farm tour in July to find out how!

Implementing 4R Nutrient Stewardship (Right Source @ the Right Rate, Right Time, and Right Place®) in Manitoba is essential to protecting farmland and waterways, by calculating crop needs for optimized production and improved environmental protection.

Each 4R Demonstration tour will showcase how 4R Nutrient Stewardship is benefiting Manitoba farms.

The tours will be held on July 6th, 7th, and 8th at the 4R Demonstration Farm in Manitoba near the communities of Morris, MacGregor, and Manitou.

  • Wednesday July 6th at 10:30am – 12:00pm (lunch will be provided)
    Location: Beaver Creek Farms, near MacGregor, MB
    Directions: 6.5 km East of MacGregor on HWY #1, turn North on RM Road #54 West. Travel 5 km North & the farm is located on the west side of the road.
  • Thursday July 7th at 3:30 – 5:30pm
    Location: R&D McLean Farms, near Manitou, MB
    Directions: 6.5 km South on HWY #528 from the junction of HWY #3, turn East and travel 2.5 km
  • Friday July 8th at 3:30 – 5:30pm
    Location: Marsh River Farms, near Morris, MB
    Directions: East of Morris, travel 13 km on HWY #23, turn South on Road #12 and travel 3 km to Road #22. Turn West after 1 km & the farm is located on the North side of the road.
