Richardson Pioneer revealed a brand new agronomy platform called CropMatrix on April 25.

The platform offers a full-systems approach to agronomic planning, which will greatly enhance Richardson Pioneer's ability to work with customers throughout the growing season to develop detailed farm plans. “We are very excited to launch our new CropMatrix™ platform as it provides an interactive and transparent approach to farm planning so we can better serve our valued customers,” says Russ Reich, Assistant Vice-President, Richardson Pioneer. “The information collected and assessed through this new agronomy software platform will enhance the growers’ ability to make more informed business decisions all year round.”

CropMatrix features agronomic tools that give farmers the opportunity to analyze and gain insight from production and yield data. It will also enable Richardson Pioneer to streamline the management of its field trials across the Prairies to get information to customers quickly. The platform will also allow for the interpretation of satellite imagery and the potential to work in the precision farming space in the future.
