A farmer discusses the day's progress on her tablet while machinery works diligently in the background. The fields are golden and ripe, reflecting a successful harvest season under the sun's warm light.

The Canadian Agriculture Human Resource Council (CAHRC) is inviting you to share your voice in the Supporting the Advancement of Women in Agriculture Stakeholder Survey. This is a long-awaited update to the research, Supporting the Advancement of Women in Agriculture: Needs Assessment.

The 15-minute survey aims to uncover barriers to women’s advancement and explore solutions to empower their success in the agriculture industry.

Everyone is encouraged to contribute their valuable perspectives.

Your input will be part of a significant update to CAHRC’s decade-long project advancing women in leadership. The results will be compared to 2015’s results, providing a good indication of progress made over the last 10 years and updating any areas that still need attention. The results will inform tools, resources and strategies to create equal opportunities across agriculture.
