CAAR is pleased to be hosting the conference in Edmonton, Alberta and has reserved a block of rooms at the The Westin Edmonton & Fairmont Hotel MacDonald located across the street.

Please support your association by booking your stay within the host hotel room blocks. Without your support, CAAR may not be able to negotiate similar room block prices for future events. Conference hotel rates are available for three days prior to and following the event. Important Notice: Hotel Reservations 

Note that CAAR is advising you of the policy pertaining to hotel blocks at the CAAR Conference. Once a room is booked within the CAAR block, the hotel releases CAAR from responsibility for the room and assigns it to the guest. Cancellations made after January 18th, 2023 will be charged for the full length of their stay to the individuals' credit card. Please plan appropriately. CAAR has incurred significant cost in recent years for cancelled rooms that remained unsold through the Conference, and we will not be able to offer hotel room blocks if this cost is incurred again. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation, as we would like to continue offering the best possible discounts on rooms for attendees.
