To celebrate their 40th anniversary, SeCan has launched a new initiative that aims to tackle the challenge of earning the public’s trust in Canada’s farming practices.

On Tuesday, the Canadian Centre for Food Integrity – a research group funded by the food industry – released results of a survey on public trust and food.

With 50 per cent of Canadians unsure about whether our food system is going in the right direction, new research and an initiative unveiled today aims to set benchmarks for success in communicating with Canadians about our food and farming.
