A single-tank hydrostatic test can cost around $800, and a double-barrel tank hydrostatic test can cost around $1,400. This testing must be completed every three years or five years, depending on the tank testing cycle. Visual inspections are roughly $150 for a single or $300 for a double barrel tank and must be completed every year.
