Nurse Tank Safety Program Recertification

The Nurse Tank Safety Program (NTSP) is a mandatory training program for the inspection, testing and retesting of NH3 nurse tanks and TC51 applicator tanks used in transporting anhydrous ammonia for agricultural purposes. This program ensures compliance with the Transportation of Dangerous Goods (TDG) regulations as outlined in CSA B620-20.

  • Time: 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM CST
  • Delivery: Online via MS Teams
  • Cost: $185 for CAAR members, $210 for non-members

First-time participants are required to complete the NTSP Tank Inspector Training course in person. Certification is valid for three years or until a new CSA B620 standard is implemented, whichever comes first.

This recertification course is only available to individuals who were previously certified under CSA B620 and whose certification is nearing expiration.
