CAAR has introduced a new Consultant membership, which is open to any individual whose primary business is selling products and services to farmers. Consultants must either be affiliated to an existing corporate membership (ie: Primary Retailer Membership) or operate as a single person entity, joining as an individual.

The Value of CAAR Membership
As the only national agri-retail association, we produce programs and services, protect Members’ rights and interests and are a proud, active supporter of the agriculture industry. CAAR represents agri-retailers who actively support Canadian growers in the production of the highest quality food possible by protecting food quality, farm productivity, and the long term sustainability of our industry.

CAAR serves the needs of its members through a variety of member-only services and a suite of discounts on everything from training to travel. As a CAAR Member, you receive access to continuing education programs to maintain your status as a trusted resource for your customers, as well as opportunities to forge new and strengthen existing relationships through CAAR’s network; all while being a part of a national, unified voice representing those who serve farmers directly.

Consultant Membership
The Consultant membership is available for individual purchase at a rate of $100 plus GST per year on an annual renewal. Please note: Consultants must either be affiliated to an existing corporate membership (ie: Primary Retailer Membership) or operate as a single person entity, joining as an individual.

Canadian Association of Farm Advisors Join CAAR
CAAR recently met with the Canadian Association of Farm Advisors (CAFA) to introduce the Consultant membership. Upon seeing the value of our organization, CAFA was pleased to build the CAAR Consultant membership into their existing membership structure, proclaiming their support of CAAR as an association and advocate for those in the business of serving farmers.

CAAR is pleased to welcome CAFA’s members to the fold and look forward to the exploring the synergies between agri-retailers and farm advisors. CAFA members are experts in areas of farm finance, legal issues, succession planning, and more. The opportunity for agri-retailers to provide superior customer service to their farmer clients by leveraging the addition to CAAR’s members is significant. Look for the new “Consultant” section in the upcoming CAAR Membership Roster to build your network and improve your operation.
