Seed retailer opinions needed!

Seeds Canada has developed a “Guide to Sustainable Seed” and is calling for input on the first official draft. The vision for the guide is to be a unified voice for sustainability in the seed sector, highlighting sustainability efforts throughout the seed value chain, all before seed gets in the hands of the commercial farmer. The “Guide to Sustainable Seed” focuses on four large sections of the seed sector:

  • Plant Breeding
  • Seed Production
  • Seed Conditioning
  • Seed Retail

The engagement sessions are now closed. CAAR will provide updates that emerge from these sessions as they come available from Seeds Canada.
