Thank you to all of our sponsors, exhibitors, attendees and planning committee members who helped make the 2018 CAAR Conference a successful event! We could not have done this without you.

Because of your contributions, CAAR was able to craft and execute a conference lineup that provided valuable insight for everyone in attendance. Our informative speakers addressed a wide variety of industry and business challenges; including changes in regulations, developments in technology and reinforcing relationships with customers to be considered a trusted advisor.

In between the professional development, fun events like the Icebreaker Cocktail Reception, CAAR’s Pro-Ag Investments Auction and CAAR’s Choice Awards Banquet gave everyone the chance to unwind and socialize with fellow attendees. Closing out the awards banquet, comedian Dave Hemstad had the audience laughing uproariously as he poked fun at relationship dynamics, childhood stories and more.

And of course, no conference would be complete without great exhibitors on the tradeshow floor showcasing the new and exciting products and services available to agri-retailers.

Thank you for your Support at the CAAR Pro-Ag Investments Auction

Hosted on the tradeshow floor at the 2018 CAAR Conference, the Pro-Ag Investments Auction was an entertaining fundraiser hosted by our auctioneers Dallas Baillie and Sheldon Matsalla. Thanks to our generous donors and bidders, we raised just over $102,000!

Proceeds of the Pro-Ag Investments Auction are utilized for a diverse range of initiatives that enhance and strengthen the Canadian agriculture industry. The auction contributes upwards of 10% of CAAR’s annual revenue budget and is the only non-dues revenue stream making it a critical fundraiser for CAAR operations and maintains fees for membership, conference and training.
