CAAR extends its sincere congratulations to the six 2019 inductees into the Canadian Agricultural Hall of Fame. Their outstanding contributions to this industry have made a lasting impact on the lives of many who rely on agriculture for their livelihoods.

Among the six distinguished inductees, CAAR would like to lend particular recognition to Dr. Cynthia Grant, nominated by Fertilizer Canada. Her nationally and internationally renowned research on soil fertility and crop nutrition that laid the foundation for 4R Nutrient Stewardship – using the right source of nutrients, at the right time, in the right amount and in the right place. Thank you Dr. Grant for this enormous contribution toward Canadian ag retailers and farmers being able to firmly demonstrate their commitment to nutrient stewardship.

Visit The Canadian Agricultural Hall of Fame’s website to learn more about the six individuals chosen for their distinguished contributions to Canadian agriculture. Congratulations again to all who will be inducted during a ceremony event in Quebec City on November 28.
