CAAR is pleased to announce its 2020-21 board of directors. The board will set strategic priorities to lead the association throughout the next year as CAAR works to strengthen the ag retail industry in Canada through its advocacy activities and suite of valuable services to members.

CAAR’s Board of Directors, comprised of representatives from the association's retailer and supplier members was confirmed during the 2020 CAAR Conference held this month in Saskatoon, SK.

The new board met for the first time as a group on Friday, Feb. 14 and elected Theresa Bolton, who has recently joined Grasslands Recruitment Specialists, as its board chair. Bolton is the first woman to hold this position in the history of the association. Congratulations, Theresa!

CAAR thanks outgoing board members Don Kitson of International Raw Materials (board chair), Luke Burton of Simplot and Dave Thompson of Atlantic Agri Business Council/Atlantic Fertilizer Council for their dedication and many valuable contributions to the association.
