“I have been at almost every CAAR Conference since my first job as a writer for the Communicator in 2000,” says Delaney Ross Burtnack, CAAR president and CEO. “I have many great memories of over the years of both events and locations, but Banff was among the most beautiful places we ever hosted the Conference. I look forward to returning to the Banff Springs resort in 2017 to enjoy the spectacular scenery and what I’m sure will be an excellent program.”
