The Manitoba restriction on winter application of nitrogen and phosphorus-containing nutrient sources is in effect beginning midnight, Nov. 10, 2016.

No provincial or regional variance is currently in effect. However, CAAR is meeting with Manitoba Conservation and Water Stewardship on Monday, Nov. 7 to discuss the current conditions, and will provide an update immediately following the meeting.
