The Canadian Association of Agri-Retailers (CAAR) requires a full time Office Administrator for a 4-6 month term, with potential for renewal at the end of term, to start immediately.

The successful candidate will share our commitment to excellence, take personal pride in achieving company goals, and be a self-motivated team player who can manage multiple projects and respect deadlines while maintaining positivity and enthusiasm. Responsibilities include office organization, supply management, database maintenance, efficiency of office operations, and key support function to office staff. Qualities include: professionalism; attention to detail; excellent verbal and written communication; and strong multitasking and time management skills. Experience in customer service, database maintenance is required.
