Canadian agriculture has seen tremendous evolution and change since CAAR was formed and the first CAAR Conference was hosted in 1995. CAAR members have been there every step of the way throughout all of this change; helping their grower customers to understand and apply innovations.

Celebrating the role that retailers play in the ever-changing, increasingly sophisticated world of ag, the theme of CAAR’s upcoming 25th anniversary conference is “Embracing Innovation.”

Over the past quarter century, Canadian agriculture has seen numerous consolidations, mergers and acquisitions, huge advances in ag technology, changing social attitudes of urban consumers and many more changes that have influenced agriculture production.

With all of these factors influencing the way they do business; Canadian farmers have come to rely on their trusted advisors to recommend innovative solutions to meet evolving challenges and end-user requirements.

CAAR members have shown tremendous leadership in this area, utilizing new developments in training and education to grow extremely knowledgeable teams and embracing new technology to deliver services, all the while maintaining close relationships with customers.
