All conference events will be taking place at the Hilton Garden Inn and TCU Place. 

Hilton Garden Inn Saskatoon

The host hotel is located at 90 22 St. E, and offers surface parking as well as heated underground parking across the street. Self-parking is $13.95/day.

The Hilton Garden Inn features complimentary WiFi, swimming pool, onsite 24-hour business center and a 24-hour fitness center. Meal options include the full-service Garden Grille & Bar, quick bites at the Pavilion Pantry and Starbucks coffee at the Garden Café.

TCU Place

TCU Place is located at 35 22nd St. E, across the street from the host hotel.

Conference Registration Desk Hours and Locations

The CAAR Conference registration desk will be located in TCU Place. Make the registration desk your first stop to pick up your registration packages and conference pass. Your pass is required for entry to the conference.

Conference Program Information

A copy of the conference program and Pro-Ag Investments Auction Guide will be available in your registration padfolios and at the CAAR Booth. The 2019 Annual Report will be available at the AGM and CAAR Booth.

Icebreaker Cocktail Reception - Feb. 11 

Join us from 5:00 - 7:00 pm to kick off conference and celebrate Canada’s Agriculture Day at the Icebreaker Cocktail Reception, located in Gallery A and B at TCU Place. Enjoy a cash bar and delicious hors d’oeuvres, sponsored by John Deere Financial.

CAAR 2020 Annual General Meeting - Feb. 12

The AGM will be held on Wednesday, Feb. 12, during lunch on the tradeshow floor (12:20-1:45 pm). All retailer members are encouraged to attend - new board members will be elected at this meeting.

Beers of the World - Feb. 12

Sample a variety of brews from around the globe at Beers of the World, hosted by AgResource Connects.

Beers of the World will be held at the Hilton Garden Inn on Wednesday, Feb. 12 from 3:00 – 5:30 pm. Your CAAR Conference registration badge will be required to enter this exclusive networking event.

CAAR’s Choice Awards Banquet - Feb. 12

The 13th annual CAAR's Choice Awards Banquet takes place Wednesday, Feb. 12 from 6:00 – 11:00 pm at TCU Place. Celebrate the achievements of your friends and colleagues in style while enjoying a delicious meal and post-award show entertainment from one of Canada’s top comics, Derek Edwards.

A limited number of tickets will be available for purchase at the registration desk – but hurry, they will sell fast!

Earn CEUs at the CAAR Conference

Certified Professional Agronomists (CPAs), Crop Advisors (CCAs) and Crop Science Consultants (CCSCs) can earn CEUs by attending the 2020 CAAR Conference. CCAs and CCSCs must sign in at the registration desk to record CEUs.
