Recently, the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) held a webinar for employees, fertilizer businesses and industry associations to provide an overview of key elements of proposed changes to the Fertilizers Regulations. This webinar is now available online and can be viewed by anyone wishing to gain further information about the proposed changes.

The changes proposed by the CFIA aim to provide flexibility to industry through a risk-based approach that focuses regulatory controls on product safety and environmental protection. To learn more, view the webinar via the Webex site - play recording.
